Laundry Attendant Responsibilities

• Washing, drying and folding laundry
• Keeping inventory of Linens
• stripping rooms for housekeepers
• May also include:

– Perform a variety of cleaning tasks to maintain cleanliness and orderliness of hotel rooms and common areas- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and other designated areas- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and equipment- Vacuum carpets and rugs, mop floors, and empty trash containers- Replenish supplies such as towels, toiletries, and linens- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate personnel- Follow all safety protocols and procedures while performing cleaning dutiesQualifications:
– Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred but not required
– Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
– Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks
– Good time management skills to ensure efficient completion of assigned tasks
– Ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance
– Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and colleagues in a professional mannerPlease note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Pay: From $11.00 per hour
